About the Role:
As a Bilingual Account Representative, you’ll play a key role in helping both English- and Spanish-speaking customers protect what matters most. This role is 75% sales-focused, 25% service-oriented, ideal for a relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Sales Responsibilities (75%)
  • Initiate conversations with new prospects and follow up on warm leads
  • Build and manage your own pipeline through referrals and outreach
  • Conduct onboarding calls and explain insurance options clearly in both English and Spanish
  • Recommend personalized coverage across Property, Casualty, Life, and Health
  • Support customers transferring into or out of the state
Service Responsibilities (25%)
  • Help existing clients with policy changes, billing support, and account questions
  • Maintain accurate records and CRM notes across all client interactions
  • Build client trust through responsive, bilingual support and follow-through
What You’ll Need:
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (speaking and writing)
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (must be active prior to start; KY, and IN required)
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people
  • Confidence making phone calls and working in a customer-facing environment
  • High attention to detail, especially when managing customer documentation
Licensing Reimbursement (Eligibility After 12 Months):

Compensation: $48,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
