About the Role:
As a Account Associate, your day will center around building relationships, uncovering customer needs, and helping people protect what matters most. This role is 75% sales-focused, 25% service-oriented, ideal for someone who thrives on setting goals and crushing them — while also making sure clients are supported and cared for.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Sales-Focused Responsibilities (75%)
  • Reach out to new potential clients and respond to warm leads
  • Build a personal pipeline through follow-up, referral outreach, and consistent communication
  • Help onboard new customers and explain coverage in a simple, approachable way
  • Recommend personalized insurance and financial service solutions (P&C + Life/Health)
  • Assist customers relocating to/from other states (state-to-state transfers)
Service-Focused Responsibilities (25%)
  • Help current clients with coverage updates, billing questions, and general account servicing
  • Track all client interactions and follow-ups with accuracy and consistency
  • Contribute to client retention through reliability and relationship-building
What You’ll Need:
  • Active Property & Casualty AND Life & Health Licenses required prior to start
     (Kentucky, and Indiana required)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking on the phone and in person
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail in a busy environment
  • Passion for helping others and a drive to grow
Licensing Reimbursement (Eligibility After 12 Months):

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
